Do I need to commit to a lengthy cleaning contract?
If you’ve not worked with us here at Gloucester Cleaning Service before, you may want to try us out before working with us on a regular basis. That’s why you’ll be pleased to know that we don’t ask any of customers to comment to contracts before they start working with us.
If you want to employ Gloucester Cleaning Service to help with gutter cleaning, pressure washing, carpet cleaning or any of the other services we offer on a one off basis that’s fine.
If you decide you want to work with us on an ongoing basis, then we’d be more than happy to discuss ongoing arrangements and potential discounts that we might be able to offer.
Can I make special cleaning requests?
You certainly can. If you’d like us to pay certain attention to one area of your premises, then please let us know when you give us a call. Equally, if there are places you would like us not to clean then please tell us.
What sort of cleaning equipment and products do I use?
We don’t use regular hoovers, other High Street cleaning equipment or products you’ll find in the cleaning aisle in the supermarket. Instead we use specialist equipment and a selection of cleaning products we’ve carefully selected during our many years’ running a professional cleaning company.
Are your cleaning operatives qualified?
Absolutely, we believe that making sure all of our cleaning operatives have the correct training and qualifications is important. If you have any questions about the training programmes our employees attend or membership bodies we’re a member of, please let us know.
